Texas Rangers unveil name of new stadium

We might three years away from the Texas Rangers opening their new stadium in Arlington.

But...we won't have to wait that long for a name.

On Thursday, the team announced the name of the new stadium.

The team extended their partnership with Globe Life Insurance through 2048.

The Rangers currently play in Globe Life Park, which opened as The Ballpark In Arlington in 1994.

The team is scheduled to begin play at Globe Life Field in 2020.
