Braxton, Harding lift Weber St. past N. Colorado 71-66 in OT (Feb 11, 2018)

OGDEN, Utah (AP) Zach Braxton scored a career-high 25 points and tied a career high with 13 rebounds and Weber State beat Northern Colorado 71-66 in overtime on Saturday night.

Jerrick Harding scored 23 points and made two free throws at the end of regulation to force overtime, and his jump shot with 2:53 left in the extra session made it 65-63 and Weber State (17-7, 10-2 Big Sky) never trailed again.

Northern Colorado's Jordan Davis made 1 of 2 free throws with eight seconds left in regulation for a 61-59 lead before Harding's free throws. The Bears' Andre Spight missed a jump shot as time expired.

The Wildcats quickly erased a 29-19 halftime deficit with a 13-4 run to start the second half and trailed by a point.

Ryan Richardson added 12 points for Weber State.

Davis led Northern Colorado (16-10, 7-6) with 17 points, Jalen Sanders scored 15, Spight 14 and Tanner Morgan grabbed 12 boards.
