NEW YORK (AP) Keith Braxton's awkward heave from beyond the arc went in at the buzzer giving Saint Francis (Pa.) a 71-70 victory over Wagner on Saturday, sending the Red Flash into the Northeast Conference Tournament championship game.

Michael Carey's hook shot gave the Seahawks (16-15) the lead with nine seconds remaining before Jamaal King drove then kicked the ball out to Braxton, who was smothered by a defender but launched the ball to the basket where it rolled around, almost out, then fell through the hoop.

No. 4 seed Saint Francis will play Tuesday at top-seeded Mount St. Mary's, a 75-66 winner over No. 7 seed Robert Morris, for the tournament championship and an NCAA Tournament berth.

The Red Flash lost a 14-point first-half lead with the second half seeing seven ties until the exchange of the final two field goals.
