Bucknell pulls away early in 2nd half to beat Army 83-66 (Jan 05, 2018)

WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) Stephen Brown had 19 points on 8-of-12 shooting including 3 of 6 from 3-point range to help Bucknell beat Army 83-66 on Friday night.
Bruce Moore was 4 of 7 from behind the arc and finished with 17 points for the Bison (8-8, 2-1 Patriot League), who won their fourth in the last five.
Bucknell got its first double-digit lead with a 9-0 run that made it 37-27 near the end of the first half. The Black Knights (8-6, 1-2) cut the deficit back to seven early in the second half, but Bucknell pulled away for good with a 15-2 run to lead 54-34 before the 16-minute mark.
Jimmy Sotos scored 13 and Ben Robertson added 11 for the Bison.

Thomas Funk led Army with 23 points. Tucker Blackwell added 12.
