Caraher decommits from Butler

Published Jul. 13, 2015 11:47 p.m. ET

Butler and a Class of 2017 prospect parted ways on Monday as small forward David Caraher opened up his recruitment.

Caraher pledged to the Bulldogs back in February and was the team’s only commitment in the rising junior class. Caraher still has plenty of time to figure out his college situation and he has two more seasons left of high school basketball.

Despite losing Caraher for 2017, Butler has a solid 2016 recruiting class headlined by Joey Brunk and Howard Washington.
