Chris Mullin 'not really concerned' about Rysheed Jordan

St. John's basketball head coach Chris Mullin threw out the first pitch at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday at the Bronx, and inevitably, reporters asked him about Rysheed Jordan's academic status.

Reports surfaced that Jordan may not be academically eligible for next season after some uncertainty as to whether or not he'd remain with the program under Mullin's guidance. He chose to stick around, but now it looks as it his days with the Red Storm may be done.

Mullin says he's 'not really concerned' by the matter. Though Jordan averaged more than 14 points per game last season, the new head master has several quality recruits and transfers coming in next season.
