Chris Mullin has been out and about in his community. He previously threw out the first pitch at a Yankees game in the Bronx, and Wednesday night, he participated in the True Blue charity softball game.

"Last time I played was on concrete on Utica Avenue in Brooklyn," said Mullin, who wore a uniform with his No. 17. "It's better confines here - a little safer."

Mullin has already had a busy offseason as a rookie at St. John's, luring various transfers and recruits to the Red Storm. But his mission is far from over. Mullin does not know what to expect in regards to Rysheed Jordan's process, and now, he says his focus has shifted to adding even more new blood to the Johnnies locker room.
