Jake Cohen scored 26 points to pace four in double figures for Davidson in an 88-67 win over Western Carolina on Thursday night, keeping the Wildcats unbeaten in Southern Conference play this season.

Chris Czerapowicz added 13 points, J.P. Kuhlman 12 and Clint Mann 11 for the Wildcats (11-4, 5-0), who have tied their season high with four straight wins.

The Wildcats opened the game on a 16-9 run, led by 12 points at intermission and outscored the Catamounts 39-30 in the second half to seal it. Davidson, which never trailed in this one, led by 27 points with 7:26 left to play.

The teams combined for just 13 turnovers in the contest, but Davidson scored 20 points off Western Carolina's nine giveaways.

Harouna Mutombo led the Catamounts (8-9, 3-2), who have lost three of four, with 17 points.
