Denzel Valentine sends heartfelt goodbye to Michigan State fans after upset loss

Tom Izzo's ridiculous record in post-season play got an unexpected blemish when Michigan State lost to Middle Tennessee State in a shocking first-round upset on Friday. It's not the end a lot of us had imagined for the Spartans in this year's NCAA Tournament and it's definitely not how Denzel Valentine imagined his collegiate career would end.
No doubt his future is bright, but before moving on to the next chapter of his career, Valentine posted a heartfelt message on Instagram, thanking the fans, his coaches, and his fellow players.
