Esposito carries Sacramento St. over Cal St.-Fullerton 62-59

FULLERTON, Calif. (AP) — Ethan Esposito had 16 points and nine rebounds as Sacramento State edged past Cal State Fullerton 62-59 on Saturday night.
Esposito hit 8 of 10 free throws.
Brandon Davis had 11 points and six rebounds for Sacramento State (6-1).
Austen Awosika had 19 points for the Titans (3-7), whose losing streak reached four games. Brandon Kamga added 11 points and six rebounds. Davon Clare had 11 rebounds.

Wayne Arnold, the Titans' second leading scorer entering the matchup at 13 points per game, was held to only five points, and made only 1 of 5 3-pointers.
Sacramento State matches up against Santa Clara on the road next Saturday. Cal State Fullerton faces San Diego at home on Wednesday.
