Hawaii beats Cal State Fullerton 86-79 in OT

FULLERTON, Calif. (AP) Stefan Jankovic scored 21 points including a 3-pointer that tied the game and sent it into overtime as Hawaii beat Cal State Fullerton 86-79 on Saturday night.

Jankovic scored a jumper and all six of his free throws in the overtime period to keep the Rainbow Warriors (15-2, 4-0 Big West) on top for the win.

Isaac Fleming added 23 points and five assists and Roderick Bobbitt had 14 points and six assists for Hawaii.

The Warriors took a 78-74 lead early in the overtime period and Jankovic extended their advantage to 82-77 on a jumper with 1:05 to play.

Cal State Fullerton led 72-69 in the second half with 15 seconds to go when Jankovic sank a 3-pointer with 10 seconds remaining to tie the game and send it into overtime.

Lionheart Leslie had 17 points with 10 rebounds for the Titans (8-8, 1-2). Khalil Ahmad added 19 points.
