Jay Wright's first job in coaching involved worrying about intramural floor hockey

Villanova head coach Jay Wright may be preparing for his second career Final Four this week, but that's likely the last place he imagined he'd be when he started his coaching career back in 1984.

Wright's first job was at Division III Rochester.

Safe to say that Wright is a long way removed from his days as that assistant intramural director, although his story also shows just how far one person can go with a bit of hard work.

At the same time, we're guessing that Wright is pretty happy to be focused on just basketball this week, rather than having to book floor hockey referees.
