Adidas unveiled special edition uniforms that Louisville and Nebraska will wear during Black History Month.

For the Cornhuskers, the uniforms will be worn in honor of Wilbur Wood (1908-10), the first African American basketball player in school history.

Nebraska will debut these jerseys at home against Penn State on Feb. 13 and will wear them on the road against Indiana on Feb. 17 and again at Penn State on Feb. 25.

Louisville's jerseys for Black History Month are inspired by the ones the team wore back in the 1980s. The Cards will honor Wade Houston, a former player and assistant coach, who helped break the color barrier in college hoops in 1963.

Louisville, coming off its first signature win of the season, will wear both new uniforms against Duke. The Cards will debut the black jerseys next Monday at Cameron Indoor Stadium and will wear cream ones back at home against the Blue Devils on Feb. 20.
