Michigan State sports special gold laces in honor of Princess Lacey
Michigan State’s basketball players will be wearing special gold laces Thursday night to honor Lacey Holsworth, the young Spartans fan who passed away from cancer in April 2014.
Holsworth, known to many as “Princess Lacey,” captured college basketball’s collective heart for her bravery. She was a huge Michigan State fan and become adorably close with former Spartan star Adreian Payne.
The Spartans be wearing “Princess Lacey’s Laces” for Coaches vs. Cancer Week.
