Moore with 26 leads Colorado St. past Colo. Christian 100-66

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) — Kendle Moore made four 3-pointers and scored 26 points and Colorado State beat Division II Colorado Christian 100-66 on Wednesday night.

Moore was 9 of 11 from the field for the Rams, who played their first game under new head coach Niko Medved. Anthony Masinton-Bonner added 22 points, five rebounds and four assists, Lorenzo Jenkins had 15 points and six rebounds and Nico Carvacho had 14 points with a team-high 15 rebounds.

The Rams shot 52 percent compared to 34.5 for Colorado Christian and outrebounded the Cougars 49-25.

Moore made two 3-pointers and three layups as part of a 26-3 start for the Rams and they led all the way to a 53-29 advantage at the break.

Collin Huun scored 21 points off the bench on six 3-pointers to lead the Cougars. Justin Engesser had nine points with six rebounds.
