HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) Cole Murray hit five 3-pointers to score 17 points, Carson Williams had 17 points and nine rebounds and Northern Kentucky pulled away in the second half to end Eastern Washington's seven-game winning streak 70-48 on Sunday.

Lavone Holland II added 16 points for the Norse (8-3), who won their fifth straight.

Murray's 3-pointer with 1:11 to go in the first half gave Northern Kentucky the lead for good, 26-24, as the Norse scored the last eight points of the half to lead 29-24. Holland, who closed the half with a 3, made a layup to open the second half, followed by a 3-point play by Carson Williams. Mason Faulkner made back-to-back 3s, pushing it to 40-29 with 14:46 to play and the Norse steadily pulled away.

Jacob Wiley had 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Eagles (8-3), who went 4 of 21 from 3-point range in their lowest scoring game of the season, while Northern Kentucky was 11 of 26.
