Not even a blizzard can stop undefeated SMU
The severe weather conditions this weekend in the Northeast have postponed several games. One of those games included No. 8 SMU's road contest against Temple.
The Mustangs look to continue their undefeated season against the Owls on Sunday, but first, they needed to beat the Philadelphia weather.
On their way to the Liacouras Center for practice on Saturday afternoon, players and coaches needed to push the team bus out of the snow.
The Mustangs, who are not eligible for postseason play, are the only remaining unbeaten in the nation, carrying an 18-0 (7-0 American) record into its only matchup of the year against Temple. This should be one of the toughest games left on SMU's schedule. Temple, while 10-7, holds two wins over Cincinnati and another over UConn.
