ROCHESTER, Mich. (AP) Kahlil Felder scored 20 points and dished 10 assists to help lead Oakland to an 86-68 win over Cleveland State Saturday in a Horizon League opener.

Jalen Hayes scored 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, Max Hooper added 15 points, Percy Gibson scored 14, and Sherron Dorsey-Walker had 11 rebounds. Led by Hayes' 9 of 10, the Golden Grizzlies (9-5, 1-0) made 23 of 29 free throws.

Leading by 14 at halftime, Felder capped a 14-0 run with a dunk for a 20-point Oakland lead, its largest of the game. Hooper hit his fourth 3-pointer with 2:54 left and the Golden Grizzlies cruised.

Cleveland State's Vinny Zollo scored first with a layup, but it was all Oakland after that. The Golden Grizzlies shot 54 percent in the first half and led 41-27 at halftime.
