Oregon Ducks Escape Last Second Comeback From Idaho

Oregon shot 62 percent from three-point range in the first half, but also lost the game to Idaho in the final seconds.

The Oregon Ducks started the game playing from behind against Idaho, but by the end of the first quarter as the Ducks used three-pointers to make a statement. Lexi Bando finished the game hitting 5 of 6 from three-point range with 17 points as Oregon hit 52 percent from beyond the arc. Maite Cazorla had 14 points and 10 assists.

Head Coach Kelly Graves used all 12 of his eligible players against Idaho.

The Ducks shot over 62 percent from three-point range in the first half and landed all of their free throws.

Oregon held Idaho to below 40 percent from the field until the 4th Quarter. The Vandals went on a 7-0 run with four minutes left in the game taking the 4th Quarter 26-13 to that point. Oregon also saw a 2-minute scoring drought. The Vandals almost stole the game missing two three-pointers and a tip-in in the final 15 seconds.

The Ducks held on for a 73-70 win picking up their 10th victory of the season. Oregon has won five of their last six games entering Pac-12 play next week.

Oregon now has 10 days to get healthy and welcome Washington to Matthew Knight Arena on December 30th for a 3pm Pacific Time tip.
