Patrick McCaw somehow forces overtime with 2.4 seconds left
To call the final moments of regulation between Nevada and UNLV seemed to be following a familar script.
Marqueze Coleman, who sunk a last-second shot in 2015 to defeat the Runnin' Rebels, pulled up for an NBA 3-pointer with less than five seconds to play, putting the Wolf Pack up 80-77.
However, Patrick McCaw had different plans. The Runnin' Rebels had only 2.4 ticks remaining. Somehow, McCaw was able to get down the floor with two dribbles and force overtime with a 30-foot runner.
