Stainbrook reflects on 'whirlwind' life as NCAA Tournament cult hero

Matt Stainbrook was always, even on a smaller scale, a folk-like hero in Big East circles. The former Musketeer big man was a dominant interior force for Xavier, but he also wore funky rec-specs and was an Uber driver in his spare time.

In this New England Sports Network piece, Stainbrook takes some time to reflect on what he called 'a whirlwind' of an experience throughout the NCAA Tournament, when the nation started to appreciate the legend of Stainbrook. He even revealed that he was an intern for the day on The Dan Patrick Show, among other fun tidbits.
