When 2015-16 begins, Bruce Pearl will have just one player with NCAA Tournament experience on its roster.

That would be former Providence Friar Tyler Harris.

Harris, a graduate transfer who doubles as a versatile forward, will be a key cog in the Tigers starting lineup next season.

"I just want to be somewhere where I know I can lead a team to win and get to the tournament and help a program rebuild," Harris said during the League of Stars Pro-Am in Birmingham Saturday. "The coaches instilled that when they recruited me, and I thought this was the best position for me."

The 6-foot-9, 232-pound forward began his college career at N.C. State before transferring to Providence after one season. He led the Friars to a Big East Tournament championship in 2014 and two consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances.
