BOTTOM LINE: South Carolina State and Vanderbilt both look to put winning streaks together . Each team won at home in their last game. Vanderbilt earned a 90-72 win over Austin Peay on Wednesday, while South Carolina State got a 103-79 blowout win over Wilberforce on Monday.
