Jordan Mathews' 3-point play extended Cal's lead to 51-44 before Wallace added two more free throws and another layup.

Jayley Brown added 11 points and seven rebounds while Mathews had 12 points for the Golden Bears (5-2), who bounced back after falling out of the Top 25 following back-to-back losses to San Diego State and Richmond last week.
