Watch Kentucky fans in Lexington go from elation to shock after UNC's game-winner

For a few brief moments, it appeared that Kentucky guard Malik Monk's contested 3-pointer tying the game at 73-73 might send the Elite Eight game to an unlikely overtime after Kentucky trailed North Carolina by 7 points with under one minute remaining.

Wildcats fans' exuberance was short-lived because UNC immediately inbounded the ball with 7.2 seconds remaining and raced down the court where Theo Pinson set up Luke Maye for a long jumper that swished away Kentucky's glee. Yeah, it hurts. It stung the players pretty good too, as you might imagine. Kind of like how the Carolina players felt at this time last year when Villanova punched them in the gut in the National Championship game.
