ACC Football Championship Game Refund Information

With the news of the ACC moving its football championship outside of North Carolina. It has been determined that full refunds will be provided if you had already bought your tickets.

It’s official the ACC will be moving its football championship game out of the state of North Carolina. While many have speculated that the new location will be Orlando, that has not been confirmed.

But the reason for this relocation is due to the controversial “bathroom bill” that has been enacted in the state. Here is the official press release thanks to the ACC Media Relations Department:

Any patrons who purchased tickets to the 2016 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game originally scheduled for Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium through official ticket avenues will be granted a 100 percent refund (base price, taxes and service charges).

While the new location for the 2016 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game will be announced at a future date. The game remains scheduled for primetime on Saturday, December 3, at 7:45 (ESPN) or 8 p.m. (ABC).

Customers who purchased their tickets from any other outlets should contact their point of purchase for a refund. Fans may call (336) 701-1420 with additional questions and concerns regarding ticket purchases.
