Alabama did something incredible this November

In what's become a weekly bygone conclusion, Alabama won in dominant fashion again on Satuday.

The Crimson Tide finished off their in-state rivals with a handy, 30-12 dismissal of No. 13 Auburn at the Iron Bowl in Tuscaloosa — a win that capped off an undefeated, 12-0 regular season campaign for Nick Saban's program and also gave Alabama a ridiculous laurel to hang its hat on coming into the playoffs.

AL.com's Michael Casagrande noted a nifty statistic that now stands after Alabama's win over Auburn — a simple footnote but one that puts the Crimson Tide's indefatigable consistency down the stretch this season into new focus: No one scored a touchdown on Alabama's defense in the entire month of November.

It doesn't seem possible, but the box scores tell it:

At LSU (Nov. 5): Shutout the Tigers.

vs. Mississippi State (Nov. 12): Allowed one field goal.

vs. Chattanooga (Nov. 19): Allowed one field goal.

vs. Auburn (Nov. 26): Allowed four field goals.

Yeah. That's a solid stretch of snuff-outs.
