Alabama vs Arkansas live stream: Watch Crimson Tide vs Razorbacks online
Here’s how you can watch Saturday evening’s Alabama vs Arkansas game from Fayetteville online.
There’s no doubt about it, Alabama is the best team in college football thus far this season. Heck, the Crimson Tide have been the top team in the land for the better part of a decade, ever since Nick Saban took over in Tuscaloosa. They’re coming off a national title in 2015 and looking to repeat.
Jalen Hurts will be one of the X-factors for that title run for the rest of the year. The freshman quarterback is much more effective through the air and with his legs than Jacob Coker was last year. He has passed for 989 yards and seven touchdowns with only one pick while rushing for 276 yards and three scores.
Calvin Ridley has been his top target, to no one’s surprise, catching 31 passes for 398 yards and three touchdowns. The ground game, which hosted last year’s Heisman winner, is led by Damien Harris who has rushed for 356 yards and a touchdown on 8.5 yards per carry.
On the other hand, it seems like Bret Bielema’s Razorbacks are considered a dark-horse SEC title candidate each season only to let down the fans. This year, however, the Razorbacks are off to a 4-1 start and find themselves ranked No. 16 in the AP Poll. This could be an upset special.
Austin Allen has been effective under center, passing for 1,232 yards, 12 touchdowns and just two picks with a 68 percent completion rate. Drew Morgan, Jeremy Sprinkle, Jared Cornelius and Keon Hatcher are all receivers to keep an eye on.
Although the ground game averages less than 200 yards per game, Rawleigh Williams III and Devwah Whaley are names to watch. Williams III leads the team with 559 yards and four touchdowns while Whaley has put up 220 yards and a score on 6.7 yards per touch.
