Albany's Gattuso signed through 2022

(STATS) - Albany coach Greg Gattuso has received a new five-year contract through the 2022 season, athletic director Mark Benson announced Thursday.

Gattuso has a 21-24 record through four seasons, leading Albany to its first wins over an FBS program (Buffalo, 2016) and an FCS team ranked in the top 10 (Villanova, 2017).

Gattuso also coached at Duquesne for 12 seasons and has a 118-56 career record.
