Junior tight end Hunter Henry announced Monday he will forgo his senior season at Arkansas and declare for the 2016 NFL Draft. A consensus All-American in 2015, Henry won the John Mackey Award, given annually to the nation's top tight end.

The Razorback tight end led the nation at his position in receiving yards with 739 and is known for his excellent blocking skills in addition to being a threat in the passing game. Henry is a contender to be the top tight end taken in the draft this spring.

"After a great deal of prayer and reflection, I have made the very difficult decision to pursue my childhood dream and enter the 2016 NFL Draft. I have grown so much as a person and player these past three years at the University of Arkansas," Henry said Monday. "I have enjoyed my experience more than I could have ever imagined."

While Arkansas fans should look back fondly on Henry's career as a Razorback, one particular moment will likely stand out as the play that cemented his place in Hogs lore: the "Henry Heave" against Ole Miss

The play helped convert a 4th-and-25 in overtime and led to an Arkansas touchdown and two-point conversion that beat the Rebels. The loss would ultimately send Alabama to the SEC title game over Ole Miss.
