Arizona State is on the (sidelines) move

When it comes to competitive edge you do what you can, and it's usually the small things that matter most.

That's why beginning in 2015, Arizona State will move from the east sideline to the west sideline, according to House of Sparky.

Todd Graham elaborated in a statement via House of Sparky

"There are many competitive advantages to changing our home sideline to the west side of the field, including getting us out of the sun during day games," Graham said.

So, if it's such a competitive edge, what took so long for Arizona State to make the move? Ryan Bafaloukos explains.

"Graham has wanted to make the move since arriving at Arizona State, however the Pac-12 Conference prohibits a student section from being directly behind an opponent's bench," Bafaloukos writes. "However, starting next season ASU will implement the "Double Inferno" with student seating moving to the north and south end zones."

There you go.
