Badgers DC Dave Arnada named top coordinator under 40

Wisconsin Badgers fans know how lucky they are to have defensive coordinator Dave Arnada around for Paul Chryst's first season as head coach.

He will help to smooth the transition and he is an outstanding coordinator, which has a lot of people taking notice of him. Athlon Sports has named him the top coordinator under 40 this season. Check out what the publication had to say about him:

"Paul Chryst gets a leg up on his tenure as Wisconsin’s head coach thanks to the return of Aranda, who already has five seasons of coordinator experience under his belt at Hawaii, Utah State and Wisconsin. The Badgers have finished third in the Big Ten in yards allowed per play, remarkable considering they switched to a 3-4 defense in his first season and replaced All-American Chris Borland in his second."

I don't know how the Badgers can hope to keep Arnada in Madison before a school comes calling to make him their head coach but Badgers' fans are hoping it will be quite a while.
