Best rivalry? No. But WVU-Baylor is one of the most explosive

In their last four meetings, Baylor and West Virginia have topped 100 points three times. TCU-Baylor always promises to be a shootout, but how about some love for the Bears and the Mountaineers?

The history obviously isn't there, as West Virginia only joined the Big 12 somewhat recently. And on Saturday, Baylor's 62 points skewed the overall total. Still, this matchup figures to feature two high-scoring offenses each time the two teams take the field, and it's going to be very exciting in years to come.  But it could be tough to top the shenanigans of years past.

In 2012, West Virginia, led by Geno Smith, won 70-63.

The next year, Baylor dropped 73 on the Mountaineers.

In 2014, it was a real battle of the defenses at Baylor lost 41-27. Regardless, this is going to be fun.
