Bryce Bobo Makes One-Handed Catch for Go-Ahead TD vs Oregon
Colorado Buffaloes wide receiver made an absurd one-handed catch on Saturday to take a late lead over the Oregon Ducks.
The Colorado Buffaloes came into Eugene looking to pull off a major upset over the Oregon Ducks. They had a significantly better chance of pulling off that upset thanks to the effort of junior wide receiver Bryce Bobo.
In the fourth quarter of Saturday’s game, the Buffaloes were down 38-33 and driving into Ducks territory. On 3rd and 10, Colorado quarterback Steven Montez decided to go deep and try to find Bobo.
The pass was pretty good but still in a tough spot. Fortunately for Montez, Bobo was able to reach out and make a one-handed snag to score the go-ahead touchdown that put the Buffaloes up 41-38. You can check out the insane catch in the video below courtesy of the Buffaloes’ Twitter account.

That’s one heck of a snag, especially going against a program as big as Oregon. That was actually Bobo’s first touchdown of the season and his first since 2014, so I’m sure he was thrilled that the dry spell ended at such an opportune time.
The Buffaloes got off to a hot start this season with two blowout wins over Colorado State and Idaho State before losing in a pretty hard fought battle against Michigan. A win over Oregon would prove to the rest of the conference that the Buffaloes are for real this season and that they can make a run in the Pac 12.
Hopefully Bobo can get on SportsCenter after a snag like that.
