Can Pokes get running game going in hostile road environment?

Published Oct. 8, 2015 8:24 p.m. ET

A win would be a major confidence booster for Oklahoma State, who, despite beating Kansas State on Saturday, did so in underwhelming fashion. The Wildcats were down to their backup's backup at quarterback, and the Cowboys still needed help from the refs to win.

OSU faces a tough test at West Virginia, but Mountaineers star safety Karl Joseph will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.

The Cowboys have struggled to run the ball at times in 2015, and the ground game is going to be crucial this Saturday.
