Cardinal QB commit K.J. Costello shows out at Elite 11
Stanford commit K.J. Costello recently competed for one of the coveted Elite 11 QB spots and earned the final spot due to his outstanding performance at the Elite 11 semifinal camp, held in Los Angeles.
Here is what Brian Stumpf, vice president of football evbents for Student Sports and a leader of the Elite 11, had to say about Costello (via Bleacher Report):
"K.J. is a prime example of how we improved our process with this semifinal addition. We saw him March, and he was rusty coming off a minor injury. He was not good, and he knew it and owned it. This weekend, he flashed everything you like about him on film. He's big and strong, has an accurate arm and is a great decision maker."
Costello is ranked as the No. 34 prospect in the country and the No. 4 pro-style QB.
