Central Florida vs. East Carolina live stream: Watch the Knights vs Pirates online
Here’s how you can watch Saturday evening’s Central Florida vs East Carolina game at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium online.
Central Florida looked impressive with a 53-14 rout of Florida International last Saturday. Scott Frost is putting his stamp on the team evidenced by a dominating performance by the Knights’ offense. The rushed for 6 rushing TDs totaling over 500 yards of total offense. True freshman QB McKenzie Milton looked much better in his second start, cutting down on the turnovers that plagued him in the previous game.
East Carolina was on the other end of a rout, losing 54-17, snapping a two-game winning streak for the Pirates in the series. ECU struggled to contain dual-threat QB Jerod Evans who account for 4 TDs including an amazing 55-yard run at the end of the 3rd quarter. Despite the blowout, ECU QB Philip Nelson was a bright spot, throwing for 362 yards and 2 TDs.

East Carolina dominated Central Florida in this game last year 44-8. I expect UCF to put up a much better fight as this is clearly a new team with a very exciting offense. Milton will make it difficult on the ECU defense with his ability to run and make plays. ECU has a star at WR in Zay Jones and a QB in Nelson that is more than capable of getting him the ball.
This should be a closer game than last year. Vegas has the spread at -10, in favor of ECU, and I expect that to be the final margin in a fun 34-24 affair.
