Christian McCaffrey adds to Heisman credentials with another TD pass
Stanford's Christian McCaffrey is mostly known for his play on the ground, but he's capable of airing it out, too.
Up 3-0 early in the second quarter against USC in the Pac-12 championship game, Stanford turned to its Heisman Trophy candidate to give the Cardinal a spark.
McCaffrey took a pitch on a reverse and found quarterback Kevin Hogan wide open for his second passing touchdown of the season. The score gave Stanford a 10-0 lead.
McCaffrey, in need of a Heisman moment, had the game of his life in Stanford's 41-22 win vs. USC.
