Christian McCaffrey named to Doak Walker Award watch list

Stanford sophomore running back Christian McCaffrey has been named to the 2015 Doak Walker Award watch list. The Walker Award is presented annually to the nation's top running back.

As a freshman in 2014, McCaffrey rushed for 300 yards and also had 17 catches for 251 yards and two touchdowns.

McCaffrey is expected to take a huge step forward this season for Stanford and will likely split time between running back and wide receiver.
