Stanford sophomore Christian McCaffrey is already launching his 2016 Heisman Trophy campaign. On the first play of scrimmage at the 102nd Rose Bowl between Stanford and Iowa, McCaffrey proved why he's considered by many to be the most dynamic player in college football.

After a touchback on the opening kick, Stanford quarterback Kevin Hogan dropped back on the first play of the game and found McCaffrey over the middle. McCaffrey made the catch, saw an opening and was gone. There was nothing Iowa could do.

Seventy-five yards later, McCaffrey found the end zone to give the Cardinal an early 7-0 lead. The touchdown was the longest play from scrimmage of McCaffrey's career and the longest play Iowa has allowed all season.
