Coker living out childhood dream of playing in the Iron Bowl

Growing up in Alabama, it's nearly every kid's dream of playing quarterback in the Iron Bowl, and Jake Coker is no different. Following a long career full of achievements, including winning a National Title, an ACC title and a SEC title, Coker is about to mark one more item off the old bucket list.

"Growing up, watching this game with my family and pulling for Alabama, it's always been a big dream of mine," Coker said. "Playing in this game means a lot to me. At the same time, it's kinda like LSU and Tennessee, those kinda games, I always try to prepare like it's a normal kind of game. Then after the game, I can appreciate being able to play in the game."

"I've never played (at Auburn), never been there for a game," Coker said. "We'll see how challenging it is when it happens. I think it's going to be just like any other away game, really. We've played in some pretty loud environments. We've just got to treat it like any other game."
