College football odds Week 1: How to bet South Dakota State-Iowa

South Dakota State and Iowa face off for a college football Week 1 matchup on FS1 Saturday at noon.

The South Dakota State Jackrabbits are coming off a stellar 11-2 regular season. Their final game of 2021 ended in defeat as they lost their FCS semifinal game to Montana State. Similarly, the Hawkeyes lost their last matchup of 2021 when they fell 20-17 to Kentucky in the Citrus Bowl. Iowa did finish the regular season with a 10-3 overall record.
