ITHACA, N.Y. (AP) Chris Schroer had 27 carries for 183 yards and a touchdown and Josh Wainwright had 140 yards receiving and Columbia led the entire way in an 18-8 win against Cornell on Saturday.

Columbia (7-2, 4-2 Ivy League) built an 11-0 lead through three quarters with fields of 26, 33 and 28 yards from Oren Milstein and a defensive safety when the Lions wrapped up Jack Gellatly with Cornell backed up against its own end zone.

Schroer scored on a 2-yard run with 3:28 left to play, and Cornell put together an 11-play, 78-yard drive in a little more than two minutes that was capped by Josh Sweet's 7-yard touchdown run followed by 2-point conversion.

Dalton Banks led Cornell with 134 yards passing and 20 yards on the ground.
