Cornell seeks to take higher step in 2017

(STATS) - A four-game homestand highlights Cornell's 2017 schedule as the Ivy League program seeks continued improvement in coach David Archer's fifth season.

The Big Red finished 4-6 last season, their best record under Archer.

This season, they will host five games at Schoellkopf Field, including Colgate (Sept. 30), Harvard (Oct. 7), Bucknell (Oct. 14) and Brown (Oct. 21) in succession. They also will host Columbia (Nov. 11).

Cornell's road games are against Delaware (Sept. 16), Yale (Sept. 23), Princeton (Oct. 28), Dartmouth (Nov. 4) and Penn (Nov. 18).
