Cougars who could surprise NFL scouts in 2015-16

While only two Washington State Cougars got drafted in 2015, there could be more than that on the way in 2016. Yes, there's not a whole lot of "top tier" talent in Pullman right now, but that doesn't mean the NFL won't come calling.

The most obvious candidate to be chosen in the 2016 NFL Draft is wide receiver Dom Williams. Williams will be playing the role of Vince Mayle this upcoming season. Let's remember than Mayle just got drafted in the fifth round by the Cleveland Browns. Williams is a big faster than Mayle, a little bit smaller and is a much more better natural receiver.

Other players that may be drafted include wide receiver River Cracraft, an excellent possession receiver who will undoubtedly find a spot as a slot receiver in the NFL, physically gifted linebacker Destiny Vaeao and wide receiver Gabe Marks.
