Daniel Lasco named to Doak Walker Award watch list

Cal senior running back Daniel Lasco has been named to the 2015 Doak Walker Award watch list. The Walker Award is presented annually to the nation's top running back.

Lasco had a breakout season in 2014 as a junior. On the year, Lasco rushed for 1,115 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also caught 33 passes for 356 yards and two touchdowns, including a 92-yard reception against Colorado.

The tag-team of Cal QB Jared Goff and Lasco should provide the Bears with enough fire power to compete week-in and week-out in the Pac-12.
