DE Dale Pierson invited to NFLPA Collegiate Bowl

Iowa State All-Big 12 defensive end Dale Pierson is garnering some pro interest. He was recently invited to the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl, thought of as one of the premiere college all-star games for hopeful NFL players.

Pierson tied for the Iowa State all-time record in sacks this season with 8.5. He is the third Cyclone to ever play in the bowl, following Jeremiah George in 2014 and Tom Farniok in 2015.

The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl will take place at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.
