Demario Richard has 2nd most all-purpose yards per game in Pac-12
Arizona State sophomore running back Demario Richard has been more than capable on offense through five games.
Richard has 508 rushing yards, 240 receiving yards for 748 yards on 111 plays. He averages 149.6 yards per game, which ranks No. 17 overall of all players in the nation. Richard is ahead of Oregon sophomore Royce Freeman (149.2 yards per game) and Utah senior Devontae Booker (148 yards per game) this season.
The only player in the Pac-12 with more all-purpose yards per game is Stanford sophomore running back Christian McCaffrey.
Through five games, McCaffrey has 601 rushing yards, 168 receiving yards and 358 kickoff return yards on 142 plays. With 229.8 yards per game, he is No. 1 overall in the nation.
