Roland tweeted Sunday that he's received an invitation from the Dallas Cowboys to join their minicamp to compete for a spot on the roster.

The 6-foot-2, 210-pound running back—who rushed for 770 yards and 10 touchdowns in his senior season at Oklahoma State—has a prime opportunity to play for Dallas if he's able to perform well in the minicamp, as the Cowboys are without their NFL-leading rusher DeMarco Murray.
