Talented three star Georgia defensive back Taiyon Palmer committed to join the 2018 recruiting class for Duke Football.

The Blue Devils recently received their second commitment from the 2018 recruiting class after 3-star cornerback Taiyon Palmer announced his decision to join Duke Football.

Taiyon Palmer is a talented 5-11, 153 pound defensive back from Archer High School in Lawrenceville, GA. Palmer was also receiving interest from Indiana, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Auburn but decided to commit to the Blue Devils early after taking an unofficial campus visit this past weekend and was in attendance for Duke’s season opening victory over NCCU.

Duke Football head coach David Cutcliffe has done a great job of improving the incoming talent to the program by increasing the emphasis on recruiting. Palmer is entering his junior season in high school and we can’t wait to see him when he joins the Blue Devils in the fall of 2018.
